Super Seed Apple Snacks

Ingredients

1 apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) cored and slices horizontally into 1/4th inch thick rings
Organic almond butter for spreading
a few pinches of pink Himalayan salt
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. Spread the almond butter evenly on top of each apple ring. Sprinkle them with a touch of pink Himalayan sea salt.
  2. Spoon a line of each type of seed onto a flat plate and push the seeds close together. Dip the ring, almond butter side down, into the seeds and gently press the seeds in. Do this with each apple ring.
  3. Enjoy!
