Healthy Raw Fudge


This is my go-to holiday dessert for all my chocolate lovers and raw foodies!

This recipe couldn’t get any easier…add all of your ingredients to a bowl and give it a good mix. My picky family absolutely loved this fudge topped with toasted hazelnuts. The rich chocolate, coconut flavors and almond butter not only fulfill your sweet teeth but satiate you in just a few bits. 😉

I assure you that if you make a tin of these as your homemade holiday gift you will experience the love from your family and friends!

Raw Fudge
 (adapted from Louise Hay)

Preparation time: 15–20 minutes


16 oz. organic almond butter

4 T raw cacao

3 T coconut butter

3 T coconut oil

5 T honey

2 T vanilla extract
or vanilla powder

2 T cinnamon powder

1 tsp. sea salt

½ cup toasted macadamia or hazelnuts


Add ingredients into a bowl, mix very well, spread into a 8 x 8 pan. Top with toasty nuts or topping of your choice and place in refrigerator for a couple hours to fully set. This can also be frozen and kept in freezer until needed.
