Big news: I have partnered with a health brand that has had my heart for quite a while now, and I could not be more excited!
Thorne Research is one of those companies you can truly depend on—they are experts in the field of human health. Backed by rigorous research and 33 years in the making, Thorne produces some of the highest quality supplements out there and now offers diagnostic and wellness tests too. In all honesty, I have been a consumer of theirs for years, without a complaint to be had.
Some of my absolute favorite Thorne supplements include:
Includes the powerhouse antioxidant, curcumin, the active ingredient of turmeric. This is a clinically studied, super well-absorbed form of curcumin! I take it because it provides super beneficial nutritional support for people with Hashimoto’s! Curcumin has also been shown to improve gastrointestinal health.
Offering higher levels of EPA, Thorne uses CO2 extraction to ensure this Omega-3 fish oil is as fresh and pure as it gets. Omega-3 fatty acids are crucial for brain health, which is why I recommend this supplement to most of my clients – especially the ones who don’t eat fish regularly. Omega-3s have also been shown to improve mood and help maintain normal levels of inflammation.
This B-complex is special as it comes with extra B5 for adrenal support, allowing for greater stress management. B vitamins have a direct impact on several essential bodily functions, such as your energy levels, brain function, and cell metabolism, and most people do not get enough of them. That’s why this Stress B Complex is a staple in my supplement regimen.
Widely used in both TCM and Ayurvedic Medicine, Berberine is one of my favorite botanicals for immune support and GI health. And studies show that berberine helps maintain normal levels of cholesterol and triglyceride while enhancing HDL (AKA “good”) cholesterol. Berberine has also been shown to increase insulin resistance, resulting in numerous beneficial effects on the body. Thorne’s rigorous research and testing allow for peace of mind regarding quality and efficacy—two things to watch out for when buying herbal supplements.
The benefits of NAC are becoming more and more well-known. It is a precursor to glutathione, which I believe is the most important immune-supportive molecule. But NAC on its own is also a key player in our health because it provides a significant antioxidant boost, which is essential for the destruction of harmful free radicals and overall immune function. I recommend taking at least 1,000 mg daily.
So many of us are deficient in vitamin D and taking K2 along with vitamin D offers greater support to the bones and immune system. At just 2 drops 1-3 times per day, I love being able to decrease the number of capsules I swallow each day (you know how much I love my supplements)! I recommend at least 5000 IU’s of vitamin D per day to most of my clients.
I LOVE this multi because it contains so many essential nutrients, many of which are typically not included in most off-the-shelf multis. With 5-MTHF (the active form of folate), iodine, and lutein (just to name a few), this is another supplement that keeps my capsule count down and my peace of mind high!

As a reminder, I only promote products that I use myself. I have recommended Thorne supplements to clients, family members, and friends AND have had them in my personal cabinet long before our partnership—that’s how much I believe in this brand!
As always, be sure to check with a doctor before you begin a new supplement.
