We may read tips for improving immunity in a blog or listen to a podcast about boosting our metabolism. I thought I had it figured out – I dabbled in trendy exercise classes and ate a salad for lunch most days. But when my life took a sharp turn, my survival literally depended on a full 180-degree turn in the health and wellness department. It was only then that I embarked on what would be a journey to unearth a treasure trove of practical knowledge and experience firsthand what a lifestyle change can do for our bodies and minds. I finally understood that being “healthy” does not mean exercising for 60 minutes in the morning and eating salads for lunch. It means making small incremental and sustainable changes that add up to significant improvements in both physical and mental wellbeing.
But health and wellness mean different things to different people. What benefits one person may not be valuable to another. That is why my private sessions are a lifesaver for people who feel like they are drowning in a sea of information (and misinformation). I know how it feels to hit rock bottom and feel utterly hopeless—and then to not only climb out of the danger zone, but to come out thriving. And I want to help you do the same. How My Virtual Zoom Sessions Works
First, we will have an introductory Zoom session during which we will talk about your current health status, your goals, your diet, your ailments, and any other health-related concerns you want to address. Next, we will deep-dive into the history of your physical and emotional health to determine where you stand today. Finally, I will provide you with feedback during the call and follow up with an email that outlines a custom food program, my supplement recommendations, and lifestyle suggestions based on everything we discuss during the video call.
We will also look over your recent bloodwork. I have found that most mainstream recommendations only advise levels that keep you functioning, not functioning optimally. I will pick up on issues in your blood work results that most general practitioners would not. For example, I can recognize when your glucose levels are too high, as well as your levels of Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and liver enzymes. I can tell when your vitamin D levels are too low. These red flags are easy for me to correct through my personalized food program. Medical doctors want to address your symptoms—but I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and I want to address what is going wrong and then fix it. Please note that you are not required to send me your bloodwork, but I highly recommend it because I can help get to the root cause of your symptoms by examining it.
You will then receive a complimentary 15-minute follow up call to go over any questions that may arise after implementing the strategies that we develop together. You will gain a multitude of information from your initial session with me as we uncover your patterns, struggles, and primary motivations. Many clients love to come back regularly, but many find that they have enough information to attain long-term success after our first session—so the frequency of your sessions is up to you.
What To Expect After Our Initial Correspondence
Once you are my client, I am on your side. My services are at your disposal via email and text whenever you want to write to me. Please take advantage of this! I cannot stress how much my clients mean to me. I make myself available to them whenever I can, and I will be here for you if you have questions about symptoms you are experiencing, supplements you are interested in, stress management techniques, or anything else.
