Green Goddess is, without a doubt, my favorite salad dressing. The best part is it’s SO easy to make! Blend up these superfoods and drizzle this dressing on top of your favorite salads – I love this broccoli one. Enjoy!
Serves 4
Salad Ingredients:
4 cup chopped broccoli
2 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup sliced and quartered watermelon radishes
2 cup sliced turnips
EG Green Goddess Dressing
1 cup hemp seeds
½ cup water
4 T olive oil
4 T lemon juice
2 T ACV
1 garlic clove
1 tsp salt
2 T nutritional yeast
1 cup fresh parsley
Dressing Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and then slowly add in the olive oil and lemon juice.

In a mixing bowl marinate the broccoli with the EG green goddess dressing and store in a container overnight.
Mix all the salad components. Then top the salad with the marinated broccoli and garnish with hemp seeds.
