When it comes to supplements I am a label whore. Not in the sense of brand names and price tags, but I know my stuff. After years of researching high quality ingredients and production standards, testing out supplements on myself and family, I’m even further committed to spreading the word on the importance of supplement quality.
I know the process of choosing quality vitamins and supplements can be tricky and I’ve see far too many clients come in with inferior supplements that are more likely to harm than help. When the goal is to take vitamins and supplements for “overall health and wellness”, I want you to be certain that the supplements you choose will help you live a more vibrant life and aren’t packed with junk that won’t do you any good.
In my years of vetting supplements I look for brands that use only high quality, organic ingredients. It’s also important that the core values of a brand are aligned with mine, and that research and independent testing is of upmost importance. After my recent blog on the dangers of low quality supplements, I received many requests for the ones that I recommend – hence, this list of the supplements.
