I absolutely love making pizza at home because there's so much you can do with it.πŸ•  My favorite pizza always includes fresh tomato for a spicy sauce, lots of greens, and a good gluten-free crust (though they can be hard to find).     What has 3 ingredients and only takes 15 minutes t What has 3 ingredients and only takes 15 minutes to make? These delicious sugar-free breakfast cookies! πŸͺ  The mix of gluten free organic oats and organic peanut butter gives you a healthy balance of protein and fat, while the banana delivers subtle sweetness. Be sure to use a very ripe banana – one with more brown than yellow – so you get the best flavor.🍌  If you don’t have a brown banana, add a drizzle of maple syrup to the mix before baking.  Ingredients:
- 2 small super ripe bananas
- 1 cup organic old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup organic peanut butter  Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with coconut oil.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add oats and peanut butter. Mix.
- Roll, then flatten 10-12 small cookies and place on baking sheet.
