Chamomile Chai Tea Recipe

In the hot summer months, this Chamomile Chai Tea is a major crowd-pleaser. It’s calming, loaded with antioxidants, and its flavor is super soothing. I want everyone to be able to reap the benefits, whether you do the S.O.U.P. Cleanse or not, so I’ve included the recipe here:

Ingredients:

1/4 oz dried chamomile
1 tbsp star anise
1/2 tbsp of all spice
1 tsp of cardamom
1/2 tbsp of fennel

6 oz of water

2 oz of orange juice
1 tbsp of lemon juice

stevia for taste

Instructions:

Toast spices in pan until fragrant, bring water to boil, pour over chamomile, step for 5 minutes, strain into another cup with spices. Steep overnight, strain out the spices and add fresh OJ, lemon juice and stevia for taste. Makes 1 serving size.
