Hibiscus lemongrass ginger tea is the new nighttime drink on my Summer S.O.U.P Cleanse menu & my cleaners are loving it! Hibiscus is such an underrated ingredient, but it’s loaded with antioxidants, contains compounds that may help to fight cancer, may boost liver health, helps lower blood pressure, and more. With its floral flavor and notes of pomegranate and cranberry, hibiscus is absolutely delicious and pairs perfectly with lemongrass and ginger.
Hibiscus Lemongrass Tea
Ingredients:
1 T organic hibiscus
1 cup of hot water
1/2 stick of lemongrass, smashed
1 inch of fresh ginger, sliced
1 cup of coconut water
Instructions:
Bring the water to boil and then put everything in and let steep overnight. Add the coconut water the next day and enjoy!
