The earthy flavor of the peanut butter combined with the sweet notes in the dates is my ideal combination. That’s probably why I am so addicted to these Peanut Butter Date Cookies. They are the perfect snack because they’re super satiating and satisfy any sweet tooth and are a much healthier alternative to other cookies. These little desserts are sweetened with dates and contain a solid amount of dietary fiber due to the flax meal and dates. I hope you enjoy them!
